Gourmet Cleansing of Asparagus Soup


Gourmet Cleansing of Asparagus
(and/or zucchini) Soup
4 Cups Boiling Water
1 Pound Asparagus and/or Zucchini cut in Lg pieces
1/2 Lemon, sliced with rind
1 Cup raw Cashews (or raw almonds, soaked overnight)

Pinch of Nutmeg

Celtic or Himalayan Salt and Cayenne Pepper to taste.
Add all ingredients to blender (you made need to do this in 2 batches). Blend about 2 minutes and enjoy!

Asparagus:  1-can detoxify our system 2 – has anti-aging functions 3 – is considered an aphrodisiac 4 – can protect against cancer 5 – reduces pain and inflammation 6 – can prevent osteoporosis and osteoarthritis 7 – reduces the risk of heart disease 8 – can help prevent birth defects
