Green Apple Slaw


Green Apple Slaw 
Makes: 12 servings  Serving Size: 3/4cup
Ingredients   1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
 3 Granny Smith apples, quartered and thinly sliced cone 4
 2 tablespoon lemon juice
 2 cups coarsely chopped cabbage cone 4
 3/4 cup halved green seedless grapes
 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery cone 4
Directions  1 For dressing: In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, honey, and poppy seeds. Set aside.  2 In a large salad bowl, combine apples and lemon juice; toss to combine. Stir in cabbage, grapes, and celery. Pour dressing over mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 24 hours before serving. Makes 12 servings (about 3/4 cup each).
