Popcorn with Nutritional Yeast, Bragg Liquid Aminos, and Garlic/Chive Better Buttah”
2 T. coconut oil, or avocado oil
3/4 c popcorn kernels
1/3 C. whipped dairy-free buttery spread called Better Buttah (Cultured Kitchen)(We like the garlic and chive flavored)
2 T Bragg liquid aminos
2 T nutritional yeast
Melt oil in large pot. Add popcorn and shake pan to disperse kernels. Pop on medium high heat until popcorn stops popping, agitating the pot periodically.Immediately remove from heat and add popcorn to a large bowl. Note: Pop the popcorn without oil per instructions from Isis if you like!
Return hot pan to burner. Reduce heat to very low. Melt the Better Buttah in the hot pan. Add Bragg aminos. Swirl together and drizzle over the popcorn. Top with nutritional yeast and toss thoroughly. Season with salt and more yeast if desired.
