Potato Spring Salad
10 Baby potatoes
1 ½ cup green beans (chopped)
1 cup garden peas or frozen
1/2 bunch asparagus (chopped)
4 -6 radishes (sliced) cone #4
1 small bunch of chives (chopped)
1 small bunch of dill (chopped)
1 small bunch of parsley (chopped)
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 ½ tea spoons of wholegrain mustard
1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup

1 T Oil
Place potatoes in 11 inch skillet on a damp papertowel cook for 20 minutes until tender. In 3 qt with basket add green beans on bottom with asparagus on top cook medium click low 
Meanwhile make sauce. Mix oil, lemon juice, vinegar, wholegrain mustard and honey. Add dill, chives and parsley.
When potatoes, green beans, asparagus and garden peas are ready let them cool down a little bit. If necessary slice potatoes in half. Put everything in salad bowl, add sauce and mix everything together.
Drizzle over radishes.
